Upgraded step by step from 11.3.1 to 11.4.0 to 11.4.1 to 11.4.2 O.K.
So my site is patched.
However - I cannot upgrade from 11.4.2 to 12.0.0 or 12.0.1 because I get and error as follows.
Any help would be appreciated. The site is on Azure , the DB is on Azure.
{"@t":"2023-07-14T09:41:23.0666522Z","@mt":"The database schema validation produced the following summary: {DbSchemaSummary}","DbSchemaSummary":"The following tables were found in the database, but are not in the current schema:\r\nuSyncSnapshotLog,uSyncOptions,uSyncPublisherServerConfig,XYZApiData,SkybrudRedirects\r\n \r\n
If you click on your 11.4.2 versions "U" symbol in the back office, top left. What version does it report? I'm finding it reports 12.0.0 and this is confusing some nuget packages. Even though the .csproj file shows version 11.4.2.
I've also seen issues with uSync when I tried to run an upgraded 12.0.1 site, so I've reverted back to 11.2.1 (or whatever they were originally).

Hi Jo,

Hi Craig
The version is reported as 11.4.2
Each time I attempt to do the upgrade I backup the DB and perform the upgrade on a branch. If it it fails I restore the DB and discard the branch.
Doing it this way I get up to 11.4.2 but after that I'm stumped because of the above issue.
Hopefully - as 12 gets more and more uptake someone else will encounter and we'll get more insight. perhaps from @umbraco
Hi Jo,
That's a weird one. Got to the bottom of mine here : https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/issues/14562#issuecomment-1637705395
I guess your issue will affect a lot of people running on Azure so let's hope it's sorted soon.
is working on a reply...
