    Umbraco Installation screen showing after installing Umbraco Forms 11 on Version 11 of Umbraco

    Hi Guys,

    I don't have many details to share atm; I will update this ticket later. But did anyone see this error before?

    I have an ongoing development that started a month ago, and we are using version 11.4.1. everything is working fine until we install the Umbraco forms 11.2.0
