Any packages to easily add IndexNow support to an Umbraco site?
Does anyone know of an Umbraco package to easily add IndexNow support (for Bing)?

I see some people talking about it here:
- https://www.rbaconsulting.com/blog/indexnow-api-to-update-search/ (though no code provided)
- https://swimburger.net/blog/umbraco/integrate-indexnow-with-umbraco-cms-to-submit-content-to-search-engines
  - Full guide for v8 / .NET Framework here, though it looks fairly involved to configure. Not sure if this directly translates to v10 and beyond.
