Scheduled Publishing Issue in Umbraco 8.10.1

I'm facing an issue with scheduled publishing in Umbraco version 8.10.1, and I'm hoping to get some guidance on how to resolve it. The problem is as follows:

I have set up scheduled publishing for content on my Umbraco website. When I test this feature on my staging environment, it works perfectly fine. Content is published at the scheduled time without any delays. However, when I try to use the same feature on my live environment, it doesn't work as expected. Instead of publishing at the scheduled time, there is a significant delay of several hours before the content is actually published.

I've double-checked the server time to ensure it's accurate and matches my local time. Despite having the correct server and local time, Umbraco seems to be disregarding these settings when it comes to scheduled publishing on the live environment.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue with Umbraco 8.10.1 or have any insights into what might be causing this delay in scheduled publishing on the live environment? I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions to help me resolve this problem.
