Running on windows and IIS
Umbraco 10.7.0
CMS server set to - SchedulingPublisher
SchedulingPublisher
2 web servers set to - Subscriber
Subscriber
File replication setup for media, which is outside of the web folder
When making a change or doing a full rebuild the subscribers dont pick this up as such the indexes end up out of date.
IIS_IUSR has full permissions on the directory, and on startup with an empty examine folder it populates correctly.
No settings changes in examine in the appSettings.json Our.Umbraco.Extensions.Search is installed

Looks like this was a permissions issue after all and was missing modify.
