I wonder what the intention of the "Start Folders" user security setting is in Umbraco Forms v. >12?
It seems that it restricts a user to only see Forms in that folder, if they are ticked off under "Form Security", but all other forms that may be ticked off (which is not under the selected folders) are not shown.
This behaviour is different from Umbraco Forms v. 10.1.3 where "Start Folders" would display forms in the folder and whatever else that was ticked off in "Form Security" (this behaviour seems more logic to me).
Does anyone know which behaviour is intentional and what the reason behind the change could be?
