I am currently working on umbraco upgrading process. As part of this I have umbraco 7.11 version project and I want to upgrade the project to 7.11 to 7.15. Can anyone suggests me the steps, issues while upgrading and after upgrade how to check that project is working as expected.

Looking at the version comparison, I don't think there is anything to be worried about.
There is an upgrade guide in the docs, for upgrading v7 minor versions.
