I'm currently working on a project in Umbraco 10.7.0 (and I'm relatively new to Umbraco). I'm searching for the best approach to set up categories, products and the relationship between them.
My current solution involves creating a separate document type for each entity (Category and Product). I've set up the relationship by allowing a Product as a child node under a Category. Categories are created directly under the content and are allowed as root nodes. However, the arrangement appears a bit odd in the root, where both the HomePage and all categories are visible.
I'd greatly appreciate your input on this! If you have any suggestions or alternative approaches, I'm eager to hear them.
Thanks for the answer! Im kinda new to this could you give me any pros and cons of what way is the best? Im thinking of putting everything under the hompage node but im a bit confused...

TBH it's rea)y up to you, but you could maybe creat a categories node to put them under if you wanted it to look neater.
