    Forms Save and Publish Issue

    I have Created 1 form with Package Umbraco Form During Rendering time i am Rendering the form in RichText with Macro in Richtext, and during Save or Save and Publish Time i am getting issue

    SQLite Error 19: 'UNIQUE constraint failed: umbracoRelation.parentId, umbracoRelation.childId, umbracoRelation.relType'.

    Also i have check Table by Group by Query to find out Duplicate data but there also i am getting no Duplicate value

    And while Removing the Form from Richtext i am able to Save it

    So why i am Facing this issue Even there is no Version Mismatch with my Cms and Umnbraco.Forms

    We have had the same issue and it seems to suddenly appear on multiple solutions.

    Our current best solution, is to make a copy of the form used and link to that one instead

    We have the same issue in multiple projects, does anyone have a solution? We are using the same workaround as Amalie but it’s not a long-term solution.
