    Rich Text Editor (TinyMCE) automatically format HTML code after submitting

    Hi guys.

    I copy html code from external text editor like wordpress, etc... to our RTE (TinyMCE) in umbraco then click submit and the source code is formatted and generated a different html structure when viewing the content in browser.

    Do you know why?

    Hi,

    After pasting text into RTE, you can try clear fomatting by selecting the text and pressing Clear formatting, highlighted below.

    Or you can try pasting your text into notepad and then copy it from notepad and finally paste it into RTE.

    If you dont find Clear formatting button, you need to enable it on the data type in Settings section in Umbraco.

    Thanks for your help. But the format I am taking about is the structure of html script after clicking submit not style format
