    Kept getting throw exception from Umbraco 13 project template.

    Hi, I was wondering if this is normal or if I need to fix something. Just trying out umbraco, I connected it to MSSQLLocalDB when I start IIS Express.

    I kept getting this error from SemaphoreSlim.cs enter image description here

    Continue I got system.io.ioexception in ConfiguredValueTaskAwaitable.cs enter image description here

    Then kept continuing. I click on Open Umbraco button. I got System.net.webexception in lazy.cs

    Then I got to umbraco#/content page just fine. It seems to work normally, so I'm doing sure did I do something wrong here.
