We just recently upgraded from Umbraco 7.x to Umbraco 8.18.7 - I know, we're behind.
We have a workflow approval process with two stages.
For the first stage of approval, we have a group called "Editor" with one person assigned to that group. That person has Content Editor permissions overall. When she gets an approval request - in the past if she saw a minor error, she would just go ahead and edit it. However, now she gets a message that reads "This document is in a workflow and cannot be edited." So, she has no choice but to reject the page and send it back to the user.
For the second stage of approvals, it goes to a group called "Web Managers" and all the members are Administrators. They can edit pages in a workflow just fine.
Is this a change in how Plumber works in Umbraco 8 or is there some configuration setting I need to change to enable her to be able to edit pages that are in the workflow?
