After deploying to azure the commerce license reverts to trial

This is highly annoying and not giving our customer confidence in the product. Its odd though, we have a valid commerce license so not sure why it keeps reverting to trial mode after deployment.
The license can only be validated every 4 hours so that doesn't help when we have multiple deployments in a short period of time.
