I am trying to wrap my mind around how to manage separate git repo's; Local Dev/FED and one for each Umbraco Cloud environment.

The idea of copying files between repo's I find quite troublesome. In my mind, there should be one physical file location that connects to all repo's and then use pull requests to sent updated files to the different repo's. This will run into at least one problem in that the umbraco-cloud.json file will need to be unique per repo.

Additionally, it seems we need to build FED assets prior to merge to cloud repos.

I am wondering what others have done to manage this process.
