That would depend on how the site is implemented. Assuming it's not using any sort of site builder you will have to find the View for the navigation menu and track down the logic for how it determines when to show the arrow for that piece.

I am new to working with umbraco. I'm supposed to change something small, but I can't get it to work - which is very frustrating, so I'm trying this.
How do I get rid of the arrow in the side menu/navigation menu?
