The history files get written to the temp folder, so i am guessing on an app-restart they app is on a new box or the temp folder is being wiped,
/temp/uSync/history
this is the environment temp, so on a local its umbraco/data/temp, on azure its likely on the 'd' drive of the server for speed.
We don't currently have a way to config the folder history gets saved to - but we could probably add something so if you wanted you could move the history to something more permanent
USync History Gets Wiped on App Service Restart
Hello
I wonder if someone else has encountered this
We just upgraded to uSync 12.2.3. We noticed that the History log resets every time we restart the App Service. (We only see 1 entry after restart)
Are these logs files that are saved somewhere? I wonder if there's a uSync setting that clears this on restart?
I'm actually unable to replicate the issue on my local. We can only see this from the App Service.
Any idea what's going on?
Hi Francis,

Logged it as an issue for us/someone to pickup.

Hi Kevin,
I appreciate the explanation. I'm looking forward to that configurable setting.
Thank you and regards,
Francis
