I'm using Umbraco on the latest version.
When I search a word that's inside an accordeon (even tho accordeon tab titles are returned) or a larger text, I get no results, but if I search, let's say, a title or a word that's inside a short text, I correctly get a match.
Is there a fix to this?
Hi,
The short answer is, it all depends on how your indexing and your searching is configured as well as your actual underlying data in the CMS.
For example:
If your search query is only looking at the page name and summary text then it won't be searching in your additional properties.
Ideally, you would make sure you are indexing your data cleanly by potentially creating some custom indexing behaviour.
I recommend having a read over these docs on Examine and searching (assuming your site is using the searching functionality that Umbraco ships with).
https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/reference/searching#examine
I hope that helps :-)
