Is it possible to automatically enable 'Restrict Public Access' on all pages except register and login?

Hi, I am new to Umbraco. I am currently trying to build a site for my company. It is a public site, but every page is restricted to users who have registered and been approved to see the site. Because of this, I'd like to restrict public access on all pages by default. The only two pages that should be accessible are the register and login pages.

I can already do this by manually setting each page in the content sidebar to restricted, but eventually my admin users will begin adding pages themselves, so I don't want them to accidentally forget to restrict access.

Is there some way to setup a whitelist approach to pages that can be accessed anonymously? Thank you.
