If you edit your _hero Document Type Composition and click the Composition tab (as if you were trying to add a composition to it). Then you should get a message saying 'this document type is used as a Composition and cannot itself be composed' and then under that it should list all the places where the composition is currently used! Tada!
How do I find composition inheritance?
I have a composition named "_hero". How do I find every data type that inherits this composition?
I'm making a change to the composition and want to know what is going to be affected.
