Hi,
Under U13, I see that there is an app_plugin folder under umbra o and a other in the root. Which is the right folder? Thanks.
Umbraco does not create an App_Plugin folder by default, it will only get created if you install plugins.
I think either location should work though, some plugins add it to the root but some add it under wwwroot
