Created and published a Contact Us page using a Contact Us form content bock (not Umbraco form). This block along with other blocks and template were created by an agency. However, we are not getting the test submissions through the Contact Us form.

Once submitted, an email should go to [email protected] through Front.
We had a similar issue with the AU website last January and it was
fixed by the agency instead.
This issue happens on the CN website which is a replica of the AU website CN Contact Us form.
