Umbraco does have it's own integrated e-commerce platform now called Umbraco Commerce, https://umbraco.com/products/add-ons/commerce/ which is an evolution of the previous 'Vendr' plugin.

The last integrated ootb version of UCommerce for Umbraco, will I think only work with Umbraco 8.
But this is because UCommerce have launched something called UCommerce Next Gen
