When attempting to open a member-only document and not being logged into the app, I am redirected to the login page. After submitting the login credentials, the file downloads successfully, but I'm stuck on the login page with the loading icon spinning indefinitely.
However, if I'm already logged into the app, everything works as expected.

I'm currently using Media Protect 10.0.3.
When attempting to open a member-only document and not being logged into the app, I am redirected to the login page. After submitting the login credentials, the file downloads successfully, but I'm stuck on the login page with the loading icon spinning indefinitely.
However, if I'm already logged into the app, everything works as expected.
How can I resolve this issue? Any idea?
