Umbraco Cloud upgrade causing errors in deployment / environment deletion
Hi All
Has anyone else had the same problem as me since the latest Cloud 'Upgrade' I am running 6 sites of different packages but one in particular is stuck with an error and I have had a call open with Umbraco for 3 days but no luck.
Its a professional package but the Dev site is not being removed or loading and its causing issues with accessing Kudu etc for the live site
It just states "Could not load commits, there might be a deployment in progress. Please try again, or contact support" but has been like it for 3 days!
I have 2 other sites with the same code and structure but different css etc and they are fine.
Anyone else noticed any issues? I'm starting to get nervous about the Cloud product if this cant be rectified soon
Did you ever get this figured out?
We just tried upgrading from Standard to Professional and the process in the middle failed, we get no indication if the plan took and completely deleted all our media from Kudu from all 3 environments.
Luckily we had a recent pull of the images, so we had to put 800 images back into the environment.
We tried to 'upgrade' again and that failed right off the bat.
Did you get any help? Or get it figured out?
Or did you just decide to host it elsewhere?
