Some of our projects have very large log files, >100mb per day. The built-in Log Viewer cannot handle these.

We use papertrail for consolidated logs however we're having issues getting serilog to work with it. Maybe we're doing something wrong, but i'm wondering if there are alternatives and what other people might be using for consolidating logs for your apps. We host everything in Azure.
