uSync is there have any code example how to import and export using c#
You don't really need to use code to run uSync OOTB. When you've installed the package you should see an extra option in the settings section, that you can use set off the import/export process.
There's more info about uSync here: https://our.umbraco.com/packages/developer-tools/usync/
If not, can you tell us what it is that you're trying to do and what version of Umrbaco you're using?

I have been using uSync to export and import data into Umbraco 8. Have there been any changes to Umbraco 9?
If you're using the free version, not really I would say, it should feel very familiar to use.
