You should be able to do this using the node permission, although I think you may need to create a special group for the node and add the specific user as permissions are based on groups not users.
You would then disable permissions for all groups except this special node group.
Node should only be accessed by a specific user(even admins should not be able to see it)
I'm looking to create a node that can only be accessed for a specific user. It needs to be hidden from all admins and all other user groups.
