Create Forms on front-end - Umbraco Forms

Hello, anyone know if it's possible use Umbraco Forms to create forms to front-end page (reserved area), and not only from backoffice?

I'm not 100% following the question - but there is a bunch of great documentation for Umbraco Forms. I believe the following "Rendering Forms" page is what you're looking for to get started:
