Forms dashboard issues in site upgraded from v13.1.2 to Umbraco 14
Although Umbraco Forms works generally in my site having upgraded it from v13.1.2 to 14.1.1, all the dashboard controls and labels are displaying placeholder text instead of being correctly annotated.
E.g. where the forms version etc should be displayed on the main Forms view I see this:
I also see a lot of UUI-BUTTON needs a label warnings in the browser console.
If I create an empty v14 site from scratch and install Forms into it, everything works fine. I've compared db schema for the UF tables between my site and a vanilla v14 site and everything checks out, so it appears to be some aspect of the upgrade/otherwise something in the existing db.
Just putting this here in case anyone else has the same issue. I found the issue was caused because my umbraco user UI Culture was set to English (UK). Changed it to English (US) and now the Forms UI is rendering all the button text etc correctly.

Hi Gavin,
If you have a GitHub account, it could be worth reporting this issue on the Umbraco Forms issue tracker - https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco.Forms.Issues
Looks like a translation issue with Umbraco Forms.
Confirmed this bug is fixed in Forms v14.1.1
