I have encountered an issue after upgrading my Umbraco 12.3.3 project to version 13.4.1. Every time I deploy my local project to a development environment, the templates get overwritten with the starting Umbraco code, and I have to replace that code with my own code. What could be causing this?
The ones that are generated by Umbraco Clean Starter Kit at the beginning after installing Umbraco, the Article, Article List, Contact, Content, Error, Home, Master, and Search templates
I am deploying by using azure pipelines. The templates were being deployed, until I upgraded to Umbraco 13. Also, the favicon icon which I had previously modified gets overwritten with the Umbraco favicon icon after every deployment.

Which templates? Umbraci doesn't normally come with any?

How are you deploying? Are you sure your custom templates are actually being deployed?
