    Usync Complete's Publisher and Exporter not pushing/pulling the changes

    Hi,

    I'm using uSync v13.2.3 + Exporter (v13.1.4), Snapshots (v13.1.4), PeopleEdition (v13.1.4), Publisher (v13.1.4), Complete (v13.1.4).

    When I am trying to export the changes from one environment (UAT) to another (Staging), I'm getting "No changes" screen. as shown below: enter image description here

    I saw a similar post here, I read that the issue was resolved in v13.1.3 and I am surprised that I'm experiencing the problem though I'm in v13.1.4.

    I'd appreciate it if there's anyone who can help me with the pointers/resolution for this issue.

    Hi,

    Are you running on Linux (the resolved issue was on Linux, but it did show no changes and the changes on the same screen so was a slightly diffrent thing.) .

    And just to check your stage and UAT are using different databases?

    We are using Ubuntu Linux (AKS), for both environments we are using Azure SQL Server.

    but different databases? (e.g. not sharing the same one?)

    Can you confirm that there is a published change between the two sites (it has to be published - it is syncing published content not saved content)

    can you sync anything else like a media item ? or a small doc type change (e.g change the description of something in a doctype and push it between sites)

    The content is published but not exported.

    I started with translations, content, and images. They all not pushed to Staging

    So just some tests:

    1. In the media section

      • upload a new image and save it.
      • go to the action for that image and push to stage ?
      • does that work?

    2. In the settings / uSync Publisher section

      • got to the Stage server and in the top right go to "push settings"
      • push the settings (don't check content or media).
      • does that show any changes ?

    3. can you check the umbraco logs for any warnings or errors that might show what isn't working.
