I am running 13.0 and it works as expected locally. When deployed to IIS I get 500 errors on JS and CS files in the backoffice.

I see many posts on the internet with similar problems, but in older versions, or dealing with features I am not using.

This is an almost-virgin umbraco instance with little to no changes and an empty database

I modified the appsettings.json to turn debugging on per other finds on the internet, with no change
