    Umbraco 13 Website Shut Down Randomly

    Has anyone else encountered this issue? We are running an Umbraco 13 website, and it has been shutting down randomly. The following error appears in our logs. Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

    System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\home\site\wwwroot\umbraco\Data\TEMP\NuCache\NuCache.Content.db' because it is being used by another process.

    Hi Sam

    How are you hosting your website? From the path, it looks like it could be Azure Web Apps.

    Make sure to follow the guidelines in the docs, when hosting on Azure Web Apps -> https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/13.latest-lts/fundamentals/setup/server-setup/azure-web-apps
