I need help to know if a feature is possible or not.

I've created a list of blocks to create several sections. But for some sections/layout, I would like to add an error in order to keep a good user interface.

I'd like to give the user the option of adding a title only on the first line of my BlockGrid.

My client makes a lot of errors and I know this check is unnecessary, but not in this case. This control on the title is an example, but I'll need it for other cases.
