Block list custom label

Hello, I have a block list property with blocks, The block list item label is {=description}, so it will render with the "description" field:

The problem is that i want to make Inline editing mode in the block list property... and then when i am rendering the block list it shows as:

How can i get both inline editing mode and the custom label?
