Make webhooks an optional addon to Umbraco heartcore starter

We are a small company (three people) with a website built on Umbraco Heartcore.

The CMS is great and the starter plan contains almost everything we need, except webhooks.

Sure you could say "Just upgrade to the standard package, it has webooks" but the price hike from 55 EUR to 265 EUR is way to high for just webhooks.

We build our website using a "hybrid" model, the logged inn pages fetch data from Umbraco on page load. The open (non-logged inn pages) are built statically ahead of time. It's the open pages we need webhooks for.

When one of us makes a change to the open pages they have to ask me to re-build the site manually, every time a change is made. This quickly gets tedious.

Static websites like ours is a fairly common usecase for headless CMS systems, but without webhooks we've found static pages to be more hassle than they are worth.

Our alternatives apart from upgrading are to either make all our open pages server rendered, or to change CMS. Paying 265 EUR a month for a CMS is a non-option for a company of our size and income.

It would be really nice if we instead could pay a bit extra to get webhooks. Or to just include webhooks in the starter package, it is in my view really essential for just about all statically built websites to use webhooks. This should be good for Umbraco as well, less traffic to Umbraco servers.

We build our front ends on Nextjs or Astro, both with great support for static building. In our last non-profit project we chose a different CMS than heartcore in large part because their cheapest offer included webhooks, allowing static generation to happen after an editor presses the "save" button.

But the Umbraco GUI is great, and ideally we'd rather be using Umbraco heartcore.
