Can you limit permissions based on Tabs?

    Hello everyone,

I created my pages using 3 tabs (Groups)

    1. Page Content
    2. Meta Tags
    3. Page Settings

Is there a way for me to create a user group that has access to Page Content but not to Meta Tags or Page Settings?

Currently, Umbraco doesn’t offer a built-in way to restrict access to specific tabs within a content page for different user groups. Out of the box, you can only manage access to entire sections (like Content, Settings, etc.), not individual tabs within a page.

I could find this package out there that could achieve the same

    https://marketplace.umbraco.com/package/our.umbraco.community.adminonlyproperty

I haven't tried this myself though, You could specify which user group(s) can see the property, and which underlying data type to use.

Unauthorised content editors will have no idea that the property exists.
