How can a restriction on the ContentType Alias be implemented using Entity Actions?

I'm trying to restrict the rendering of Menuitems in a ContextMenu of a Tree in Umbraco 14 using Entity Action by limiting it to specific ContentType Aliases. However, I'm not sure how to implement this correctly using Conditions. Has anyone already found a solution or is there one built into Umbraco 14 that I can use?
