U15 - Is there a setting that changes "vary by culture" behaviour?
In U13 and earlier, properties not marked as "vary by culture" on a doctype marked as "vary by culture" would be disabled when editing any language variant other than the default language.
However in U15, this seems to let you change these same non-vary by culture properties, from the editing experience of any of the language variants.
For example, if I have a checkbox "Show in navigation" that is set to NOT vary by culture, any editor of any language can change this (thinking it's just for their language) but it affects EVERY language variant. This is true even if their permissions are locked to just one (non-default) language.
I would hope, and assume there's a setting to change this back to the original behaviour? Does anyone know where I can look for this?
