I'm currently working with Umbraco CMS version 15 and leveraging the Delivery API, which works perfectly for retrieving items. However, I now need a solution for adding and updating Content Items and Media Items via an API.

My questions are:

Are there any existing packages or tools available for this functionality, or would I need to implement a custom solution? If there's no out-of-the-box solution, I would need guidance on securing the API using JWT. Specifically: How do I set up authentication so that members can obtain an access token? How can I validate the access token in the API to ensure secure access? Any recommendations, best practices, or package suggestions would be highly appreciated.
