Despite repeated searches, I'm unable to uncover links for a good, author-friendly TIME (only - no associated date) datatype / editor for Umbraco13 so i figured to toss out the question.

There are plenty of results for v7/v8 but we're on 13 and appreciate your pointers towards favorites.

It would be great if the source is available (not a black box package).
