When i create a internal link with the WYSIWYG editor (Rich Text Editor) it works fine. But when i enable the option "Opens the linked document in a new window or tab" it doenst work anymore...
It just leaves the unreplaced link in the generated HTML (https://localhost:44363/%7BlocalLink:4b8de660-d20c-4230-9cbf-a4fbaa1c4124%7D)
When i click it; it leads me to the Page Not Found page.

Its a known issue, It got fixed in v15. it's fixed in v14 as well but not sure if its rolled out or not. Its better to upgrade.
