We are having a very strange issue between our dev machines and our test machines.

Currently we build and package using Octopus. When we deploy the code to our test instances we see no media at all on the media page. Locally we see media all the time.

We can take the build output to test machine and re-point iis, update permissions, configs and media works.

We have upgrade from 7.2.4 to 7.4.1 (then upgraded to 7.4.2 to try to rectify this issue).

We get no console errors, and no errors in the log...

The html at the top appears to be incorrect:

We have cleared caches and tried all browsers apart from Safari...

Anybody any ideas, extra logging to enable or extra js logging?
