    Error sending order email

For some reason our website stopped sending all emails and I received this error message in the log file.

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix the issues?

Hi Rashon and welcome to our :)

Judging from the above error it could seem that the SMTP server has either blocked your sender e-mail address or that it maybe is down for some reason, which is causing the error.

If you're not in control of the web server and SMTP server you should probably get in touch with your hosting company and have a chat with them about it.

Hope this makes any sense - Otherwise please provide some more details about how the site is hosted and if something was changed right before this started to happen.

    /Jan

    Hi Jan!

Thanks for the advise. I'll start there and see if this corrects the issues.
