    Umbraco internal redirect not working in 7.4.1?

    I added the property umbracoInternalRedirectId to the documenttype with a contentpicker. It doesn't seem to work. Is it still available in Umbraco 7.4.1?

    I just tried it on Umbraco 7.4.2 and it works, maybe a 7.4.1 specific issue.

    Im gonna try installing a 7.4.1 instal and se if it works for me..

    Thanks for trying. I do just need the property right? Or do I need to put code in the template to?

    Hi Frans,

    You should just add the umbracoInternalRedirectId property alias to your document type with a content picker,

    That should do it :)

    Off course, no problem. Nope, no code in the template needed. Its just gonna work out of the box, after selecting a content node on the property.

    I installed a clean 7.4.1 and added the property umbracoInternalRedirectId to my documenttype with a contentpicker. It works straight away.

    Do you get any errors in your Log file? (App_Data/Logs/)

    I really don't get it...

    I added umbracoInternalRedirectId to the base documenttype composition. could that be the problem? That it doesn't work on a composition? The rest is the same as your image...

    Nothing in the logs as wel.

    Ok, If I put it in the documenttype itself it works.

    Is it a bug in 7.4.1?

    I deleted it and put it back in the composition and now it works... I never had this issue before...
