Upgrade to 7.4.2 - AuthorizeUpgrade login fails with SQL error

We have upgraded to 7.4.2 from 7.2.6

Using NuGet, I've downloaded the packages and installed and updated the web.config file

When attempting to login to the AuthorizeUpgrade URL, a SQL error is occurring:

    System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException
    Invalid column name 'securityStampToken',
    Invalid column name 'lastLoginDate'

I assumed the database upgrades were done through the site, so how can I login to authorize the upgrade and update the database?

    many thanks

    Mike

I've come across this same issue going from 7.1 to 7.4.3. This seems like quite the Catch 22. I cannot upgrade my site's database without logging in, and I cannot login because the database hasn't been upgraded. Can anyone chime in with a solution?
