As the title says, i can login on the backoffice on a local machine but not on my web server? It's the same password (Haven't changed it) and i even tried changing the password on the Database table "umbracoUser" string and published the database to my web server but it still dosen't let me login? PS I'm using SQL Database if it can help. :)
It could be that your user is locked out on the webserver but not locally, due to too many wrong passwords. The error message is always "Login failed for user xxxx" even if your are locked out.
Hi Dennis and thanks again for helping me out once again, in the logs it says that the account is locked somehow on it's own, how do i unlock it though? I hope you write back ASAP. :)
Hi again. That was unfortunate, I had the same problem last week and setting the userNoConsole to false worked for me. Maybe you have to recycle the App pool or change someting in the web.config to get it to kick in? It worked for me straight away though.

Hi Fredrik.
Have you checked the Logs? (/App_Data/Logs)

Hi Fredrik. Glad i can help out.
In your database, in the User umbracoUser table, set userNoConsole to false and it should work.
Let me know how it goes!! Good luck!!
Hi Dennis, thanks for writing back, under userNoConsole it's realdy on False, is there anything else i can do? :)

As a backup, maybe this package can fix it? https://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/umbraco-admin-reset/
Thank you so much! I tried out the package method and it worked like a charm! Have a continued good day/night. :)
Awsome!! Great to hear, Those things can be so frustrating!!
Good luck with the rest of your Umbraco site and have a good day!! :)
