We have 3 Umbraco servers: 1 admin server, and two read servers as described here.
Recently, new content is failing to appear on the read servers until I publish it manually on those servers.
How can I debug this?
We are using the flexibile load balancing setup described here: https://github.com/umbraco/UmbracoDocs/blob/master/Getting-Started/Setup/Server-Setup/Load-Balancing/flexible-advanced.md
Not sure I will be able to help much, but thought I'd mention that it may be useful for you to indicate which Umbraco version you are using. Could help others figure out what might be affecting your particular setup.
Thanks - Umbraco 7.4.1
Were you able to figure this out yet? I have a few ideas, but didn't want to go through them if you've already got a solution.
This problem seems to have gone away. I don't know why, but perhaps it was upgrading Umbraco and rebuilding the Examine caches.
We now have a related issue with the website going offline when new content is published during high load.

Read servers in Umbraco cluster not showing new content - why?
