An Umbraco website was created for us, and I'm going to be the editor. Where can I go for tutorials for topics such as adding pictures, adding text, adding pages, etc.
Most of the documentation that is made are targeted for developers - But there has been made a general Umbraco guide aimed for editors of Umbraco web site, which has been made by the fantastic Umbraco community - You can find and download it here https://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/umbraco-7-editors-manual/
It should cover the basics - However Umbraco installations can vary a lot in how they're build since it's up to the developer to decide what is the best solution - So no Umbraco installation are exactly the same. So it can be hard to tell you exactly how your website works since Umbraco is not a standardized platform out of the box like Wordpress is for instance.
However the guide should cover the basics and I hope you can benefit from it. But don't worry if the screenshots in the manual does not look exactly the same as you see in your Umbraco backoffice.
It might also be a good idea to discuss some editorial education with your solution provider perhaps? :)
