Encounter error "Access to the path XXXXXX" is denied

Hi, I have encountered the error "Access to the path XXXXXX" is denied periodically in a live site. We have asked the hosting company and they reported that the full permission has granted to IISUSRS and NETWORKSERVICE. However, this error still keep occurring especially we have content update.

May I know any solution of it or what's next I can check?

    Thank you so much!

One of the error screenshot as below:

    Hi Jamie,

Delete Plugin cache files under PluginCache folder and refresh app pool and restart the site.

    Hi Jinesh,

Thanks so much for your reply.

We have also asked hosting company to do same action, however, they replied that they fail to delete the file since error prompted and said the file is in used by others.

    Hi Jamie,

Stop Site from IIS then delete files and start the site. (First it's good to take backup files.) Before this also check file is not read only.

    Hi Jinesh,

Thanks for your advise. We have also asked hosting company to do such action but they claimed the file cannot be deleted even the site is stopped.

Do you know any possible reason to cause such issue?

By the way, knew that the above solution is the quick way to solve this problem, but is there any solution to fix this error permanently say any configuration, setting we can make?

    Thanks again for your help!

    HI,

Stop IIS and then try to delete file and again start iis.

Or use unlocker software to delete file forcefully and restart site.

Don't forget to take files backup for safety.
